    Fair enough ... round my way its Septic Tank = **** so I just couldnt work it out

    Good question, I'd have enjoyed the early 80s hardcore punk scene but America is a big place and in London at that time you could have watched good punk bands every night of the week, you still could by the time I lived there in 1989. The New York proto punk scene would have been interesting and also late 60s/early 70s garage rock, Iggy and the Stooges for example. If I was going to cherry pick experiences then of course it would have been interesting to see at their peak the likes of Elvis, James Brown, Sly Stone, Velvet Underground, Simon and Garfunkel and Michael Jackson.
