Without being to critical , what pet peeves do you have with individual players ? One for me is with Bony , he holds opposing players off the ball to much . I know your really good at it Wilfried but sometimes you just do it for the sake of doing it when there is a quicker development play , time is money . Overall I love Bony's play , well spent money . How bout you , any little quirks some of our players have you wish they didn't or quirks you wish they had ?

How long have you got ? , if they were perfect then they wouldn't be with us I suppose .
Personally I like to see Bony holding off players , it gives the rest of the team to reset and get into positions to continue the attack .I think the man has the attributes to go onto great things ,whether with us I don't know but wait for the media stories in the summer .
The majority of the squad are quite young so imo still developing with still lots to learn .
I just wish Michu would stop kicking the hoardings when he scores ,it can't do his joints any good

I can't understand why I'm the third poster in this thread and nobody has mentioned JDG yet! Lazy off the ball. Not brilliant on the ball. Poor decision making at times.

I would love to seeing kicking the hoarding when he scores, that would mean he is back and scoring again. My pet hate is edge of the box, have opened up to shoot and then lay it to the next player and the next player. shoot for ****s sake you're on the edge of the box. Mind you have noticed we are shootinga bit more now.

But thats just it , how much time have we got ? every player has shortcomings , and some are shorter than others ,it would be an interesting exercise for a poster to list the players and then everyone join in with their perceived impressions of their faults .it would have to be a sticky though .

Just heard this bit of commentary on the Olympics coverage and could apply to Pablo.

    His weakness is his weakness.

Dyer is certainly shooting more when in decent positions, rather than pass the ball.

My main issue with any player in our squad is JDG when deployed as an attacking midfield taking a day then some more time to make a cuppa before he releases the ball. I would much rather him 'give the ball away' trying to play an incisive pass like Pablo, Michu, Gylfi (Or even Pozuelo) rather than getting the ball taken off him from a 2 yard head start. I acknowledge he has talent you could make him look like a Messi on a 2 minute YouTube video but with him it's either a worldie or nothing.

Certain players like Dwight Tiendalli can't help being rubbish, fair enough he's not up to this level but the least he could do is not go missing in action when winning the game with 30 seconds to go. <ok>

He was solid against Stoke he put a good shift in going forward and backwards, he even got yellow carded for a naughty foul.

Hopefully the new leader will sort him out. <ok>

Defence not attacking the ball coming in from free kicks or corners instead waiting for it to get in amongst them.
More one touch traingular attacking footy going foreward instead of to many touches and side way balls giving oposition time to react.
Crossing from wingers has improved a little lately but more work on them in training needed.
Keep the ball on the deck against girraffes like stoke.

The team are all capable of having a great game and the short comings will hopefully be fine tuned by Monk and Co, now but im well happy with the improvement shown in the last 2 games and with players coming back from injury and being played in position with good sub and tactical decisions shown by the gaffer so far we should push on now and put the poor run recently firmly behind us.

Wilfried has been top class the last couple of months.

Initially he didn't look match fit for whatever reason and wasn't helped by the injured Michu, then the 'creativity' of JDG.

There's no doubt he's looking sharper the last couple of months, maybe the more game time helped? I thought he was a bit 'static' at times but now he's all over the place. <ok>

Shot going miles off target annoys me. ex player Danny was the worst for that, he could be a few feet away and he would miss the target...<laugh> Also not taking a shot at goal when the opportunity arises and plays one pass too many when it would be easier to shoot at goal...

Wilfried has been 'guilty' of that too usually in games when he's getting no service whatsoever and is frustrated.

To be fair to DG10 he was probably suffering a come down most match days if you know what I mean. <peacedove>

He was a good signing at the time by Brendan Rodgers he scored 13? crucial PL goals not a bad return but he went right off the boil under ML except for the weeks leading up to the transfer window he looked like a different player all of a sudden. :emoticon-0112-wonde

I'd like to see Davies harness some of his mental ambition toward attack and keep defence in mind a bit more . Great attacker , but attacks at bad times sometimes .

When playing better teams he needs to reign himself in a bit, against the likes of Cardiff + Stoke he had nothing/little to worry about defensively.

He's our best option going forward at LB but in my opinion at this current time Neil Taylor is the better defender, he schooled Valencia for 60 minutes (IMO one of ManU's better players) and then a fresh Januzaj for the remainder of the game at Old Trafford in the FA Cup.

That said there's no doubting Ben's ability and there's definite scope for improvement he's only 20.

And speaking of Neil Taylor he should be straight in at RB too if Rangel is unavailable.

Who ever GM picks it's his call and we should respect that they're both good options.

Pablo for me - he ****s out of more tackles than anyone. I know it's not his forté, but come on - grow a pair.

Chico and his acting skills is another peev.
