Won't be seen in the Hoops again is my prediction. Also all this talk of his price doubling, hasn't he been a bit sh*t recently?
What? if we go up he will be perfect for us. and don't think if he stays he will be playing with many of the current squad ... we will have a new team again
Newcastle have lost their last 4 matches ... Remy didn't play a part in any of those matches. The previous 4 games saw them win only once (at West Ham), losses to Man City (understandable!), Cardiff (FACup, only came on 85th min) and West Brom (played with 10 men for last 30 minutes, lost to 87th min pen.)
Can't believe e will play for us again, he wants to play in Europe and even if we go up i can't see him wanting to be in a newly promoted team, Arsenal obvious choice IMO
Wenger is probably kicking himself he didn't try for him in the window, Gunners firing blanks now Giroud is knackered...
It must be really difficult when these type of accusations are first made to the police. They have to take everything at face value and assume nothing. I guess after reviewing the case several times, they have concluded, with support from the CPS, that there is not a strong enough case to pursue this further in a court of law. As such Loic Remy is cleared and can hold his head high with impunity. It does however question whether reputations can be truly upheld in today's media. No winners here.

World Cup 2014 Check out the latest outright odds on next summer's World Cup in Brazil . The 27-year-old France international, who is on loan at Newcastle from QPR, was arrested last spring along with two other men, after a women said she had been attacked in Fulham. However, at the time of the arrest Remy's lawyers said he denied the claim and the three men have now been told they will face no further action over the allegations. Scotland Yard did not name Remy but a Metropolitan Police spokesperson said: "Officers from (sex crime unit) Sapphire investigated an allegation of rape on 6 May in the Fulham area. "The allegation was passed on to the Metropolitan Police Service by Kent Police on 8 May after the 34-year-old female victim reported it to them the previous day. "The victim alleged she was raped by three men. "On the morning of Wednesday, 15 May, three men aged 26, 23 and 22, were arrested at an address in Fulham on suspicion of rape. "They were taken into custody at a west London police station and all three men were bailed pending further inquiries. "On February 13, and following consultation with the Crown Prosecution Service, the three men were informed that no further action would be taken against them." Remy's lawyers Harbottle and Lewis later released a statement which read: "We act for Loic Remy. "We can confirm press reports that no further action is being taken against our client following a complaint made to police in May last year. "Our client denied the claim from the outset and was never charged with any offence. This matter is now at an end and no further statement will be made on this matter. "
I strongly suspect that there will be a similar conclusion to the media reports of potential court proceedings against Danny Simpson; albeit that these appear to suggest a different type of assault claim. Interesting to observe the frequency of allegations made against footballers and the scarcity of successful prosecutions. In between, it makes for a good story in the media.
