Looks like their spat is clearly behind them.

Some of his interceptions and runs were exceptional. Can't remember him giving the ball away.

Good management from Monk...he's trying to get unity, the Spanish lads in particular will respond well to this. IMO

Indeed. Nothing but positives so far from the new regime.

A couple of Chico's runs and shimmies last night would have had any midfielder proud.

Noticed he was going forward at one point then suddenly stopped in his tracks. Wonder if GM has had a word with him to rein in his enthusiasm a little.

MOTD but Nathan a very close second imo. he seems to have calmed down a bit over the last two games playing with a lot more composure ,if he could reduce the amount of ball watching he does he could be everything and more .Amat previously looked like he may take over Chico's position but he's (Chico ) doesn't look like he wants to give it up just yet .

From "The Art of Good Management".

"Praise in public; criticise in private."

It seems that our Manager in waiting has already grasped these two vital principles. Well done Mr. Monk.

Chico is a pure player , loves to play . Now if he can just work on ditching his alligator death roll , most would warm to him for his gooder qualities . I for one hope he doesn't stop coming forward , if he can keep it to doing it at the right time. Good man our Chico, 2 man of the matches in the last 3 games imo .

If Chico had come at quite a few of our former managers with a brick he'd have never played again.

Credit to Garry Monk, and to Chico himself for stepping up. <ok>

If he'd looked at Kenny Jackett the wrong way he'd have never played again! Unless he was called Leon Knight. :cheesy:

Well the club didn't deny it at the time, must have been pretty epic for the police to have been called as confirmed by the club.

So our new manager is a lier?
As are the rest of the squad, back room staff and police.

As I said … bad enough when others have a go ...

Garry Monk is proving that he is an inteligent guy, who really loves our club and wants to heal the wounds under Laudrup, and for that I cannot thank him enough, proving to be a real leader in the making, well done Huw Jenkins and our Swansea board, we are starting to get back on track!............<ok>

He has the ability to tell 'white lies' of course.

    Like the faithful chairman. <ok>

I think the quotes were taken from this interview.

He gives good interview. Like he's done it all his life.

Got to love his positivity. Looking to win every match.

What a great little interview, no wonder we have seen a major turn around in our players, Monk is so positive and looking very comfortable in the Managers seat, good on you Garry!.............<ok>

Another article based on the interview.

    http://www.bbc.com/sport/0/football/26172344

    Didn't see the Routs/Kim incident.

Great to see him sticking up for his players without reverting to hyperbole or downright lying like Ole did.

I'd love to see the evidence . OGS is turning into a mini version of Fergie but with a few important omissions , he's not a very good manager .talks sh**e and has the media presence of a startled rabbit.
