That's a spicy fixture for so early on the season.

Doesn't seem that long ago we sold Abdou to them because he wasn't good enough for us :emoticon-0101-sadsm

So the prediction is "a great kick off for the new season" then. Use your own definition of kick off depending on what you think will happen. My prediction is nothing and we will do as well as we have for the last god knows how many seasons in this competition.

Didn't Exeter City Knock you out of the Carling Cup last season?

Millwall probably think they have just won the lottery.

My bad jiggle. It was Notts County.

I was getting mixed up with The Johnstone Paint Trophy. Didn't Exeter relegate you last season?

I think as sensible does on this. I have never been to a league cup match and seen us win. Not in 12 years of supporting Argyle.

We could use the money and it should be a good game (as long as we can field 11 players!) but i'll have to be a bit pessimistic in saying that a cup run in this competition is unlikely...

    Cripes i'm in a mood. LOL :)

I doubt anything will happen as it is likely to be a night game and it is the first round of the carling cup and we are in league 2 and Plymouth is a long way for them and were not exactly west ham to them, but who knows probably a few lads wanting to proove there 'ard'.

Remember playing Millwall first game of the season a few years back just after they were in the FA Cup final, what a boring 0-0 draw that was.

As regards to Jimmy, i liked him when he was at Home Park, when played in preferred position he was a good passer of the football, is he still in the Millwall starting 11 or is he a regular bench warmer now their in the Championship????
