No we are still hoping for 4th so what else would we mention. I still think Liverpool will finish 3rd or higher and our target will be as usual Arsenal.

You're right, when Liverpool fans bleat on (in person or online) about how great they are and how **** we are i guess we should just lie down and take it without any comeback. Is that what you really want or expect?

Oh grow a pair, we've had it non-stop for the last few years. And most of it is aimed at HIAG on his mouser-watch thread anyway

My pair does fine thanks. And surely not rolling over and taking it is growing a pair. Try growing one (a brain)

Out of both domestic cups, home losses to you, WHUFC, NUFC drubbings from MCFC home and away, 0 goal difference, relied on pens to beat CPFC, SCFC, HCFC, witnessed some of the worst football at Spurs in years... I'd say it's been pretty bad, especially as we've spent £100m to improve the squad.

Still winning the league though<whistle> :D

By full time tonight, we could be 5-6 pts behind the Goons (as destiny shapes our usual PL 4th place Cup
last game of season drama) , and 7 pts behind the PL current leaders for the first time in a while.

This doesn't sound like the Spurs way of thinking ;)
By full time tonight we could be 11pts behind the Goons while they sit happily on top.

    There you go, fixed it

    You're soooooooo last year, dahling.
Playing poor and being 6 odd points from top is the new black.

rival fans say some really odd comments, one was from a gooner who said "its like spurs fans have settled for being out of the top four and we should believe in ourselves more" ......what a f**king moron! we haven't settled for anything, we're just supporting the club and we can't influence the club to spend money wiser to get us back into top four.

Just like we can't influence the players to start performing and catch Liverpool but the reason we mention "we're only 3/4 points behind" is because literally we have been playing crap football, the team isn't settled and there is a sort of respect for the club that even when we're in transition or struggling to perform, we're still at a stage where we're right up there with teams that are being viewed as having a great season.

ours hasn't been posted by spurs official yet, but the sky sports soccer centre app says this:

    Lloris
    walker Vertonghen Kaboul naughton
    Bentaleb Capoue
    Lennon Paulinho Dembele
    Ade

Edit: now it has. the ssn app was correct.

Subs: Friedel, Dawson, Chadli, Eriksen, Townsend, Kane, Soldado

Eriksen dropped! That looks like a team of "muscle marys" as Sidney would say, but could do damage on the counter.

Powerful side but devoid of flair and creativity , sort of a AVB side.

Sherwood's worried that if the wind picks up anymore Eriksen might get blown away.

That lineup looks too defensive to me, what do we need 2 holding midfielders for when Newcastle hardly have a midfield at the moment?

    Also, Naughton at LB, ffs...
