I couldn't give a **** if someone is a soldier, sail-maker, gonzo porn director as an unlawful killing is an unlawful killing. What I personally take exception to is people lionising soldiers as heroes because they do the job they are paid for. Hero suggests you've committed an exceptionally brave act.

I don't think many would disagree with you, BD. The white Londoners you mention were knowingly armed, as were the killers of Lee Rigby, Stephen Lawrence et al, and they all deserve the severest punishment possible. Violence on our streets should never be tolerated.
