And another thing; you can close out your bets like I did with my WHU relegation bet a few weeks ago; nice given tonights result for them. Seriously, have a look.

I'm always more concerned when the opposition likes our keepers. ;)

You have a brilliant team, and I wouldn't have any complaints. You've outclassed us in both games, and it's not hard to see why you're going to finish in the top 10. As I've said back on the City board, I think you're a couple of World Class players away from an established European spot; beautiful style of football (joy to watch), hard work ethic, a team that works for each other, promising youngsters and a resolute defence.

I'm glad we don't have to play you anymore! ;)

Good luck for the rest of the Season boys, do us some favours will you? <cheers>

I think you may be being a little unfair on him there.

My take on that was that the ball was coming to him outside the box (down your right touchline) and one of your attackers was running him down very hard. Given that he's been caught red-handed trying to be clever with his feet at Arsenal, I think he let it go out so there could be no possible chance of his trying to dribble back into the box and the ball being taken off him. There's already been a contested goal after a "ball out for injury" incident this season in another game so he'll have been doubly wary.

I noticed it at the time and thought it looked bad, which is why I paid attention to what had happened. And, by the way, it was your player who was down.

No comment on your take on the game because there's nothing I wouldn't agree with in there. You looked much better with Aluko on the pitch but you had also scared us a couple of times early on.

Steve Bruce is a good man and a good manager. Sunderland made a huge mistake sacking him.

A good win but we still need to finish teams off. That could, and probably should, have been wrapped up (or close to wrapped up) after 10 minutes. If we can become a little more creative and a lot more clinical then this team can go far.

Totally agree. They fell apart when they sacked him.

I think we're desperately missing the player we all wanted Osvaldo to be.

This team, with this style, with a good striker, will be a real force to be reckoned with. Can't wait!

I think that was pretty comfortable for you.

We attacked well down our right with Elmo, for the first 20-25 mins, and then resorted to hoofing it down your centre half's throat for the remainder.

I doubt many City fans have any complaints.

We got beat by the better team on both occasions.

We're missing a top notch, mobile striker. Same as ever. Hence Osvaldo of course, which didn't work. It has to be priority number one in the summer, but then we kinda all knew that anyhow.

Always been slightly sceptical of Bruce with his history. But he has been refreshing with his honesty this year ( with in particular praise for us Saints). We'll done Steve & hope you stay up
