It would help if Bruce passed to someone wearing the same colour shirt, something surprisingly Huddlestone was guilty of too often also tonight. Service to the front two was abysmal. Davies Livermore Aluko (says it all when only on for about 20 mins)

Davies Harper Aluko - Bloody hell he is a fantastic player, even in 20 minutes Can't believe people putting Bruce, he is unable to properly control or pass a football. He passed it to Harper 90% of the time which was one of the driving factors to us turning into Stoke. He may put in brave tackles but if he's going to put the whole team under pressure again by giving the ball straight back it is pointless. Now with McShane out I am very worried. We seriously need a Centre Half to partner Davies that can actually play football.
I thought Jelavic did alright feeding off scraps. His touch was brilliant at times but the service was crap.
Davies (saved us time and again) Boyd (tried to make things happen up front and ran his socks off) Livermore/Elmo (tie for third) Saints made us look poor again. Huddlestone very slow, Bruce couldn't clear the ball except to them (those voting for him were watching a different game than me). Strikers were outfought and outmuscled.

Really? His touch is awful I think. When he shinned (yes shinned) that late chance over the bar, he grunted particularly loudly, and from my seat in the south stand it sounded suspiciously like "eeeeeeeyoooore".
Bruce would come a close 4th for me; I'd have to say 1. Davies 2. Aluko 3. Brady The bottom 2 for actually changing the game a little bit. P.S. - If ANYONE says David Meyler in their top 3, you need your heads bloody checking. Who told Brucie he could play Right Midfield?!
Davies Harper Couldn't honestly put a 3rd as I don't think a sub appearance at the end should merit a MOTM mention. I agree with Carmine, Meyler was turd today. Really bad.
