    Looking at the small squad we have, Rickie has to play even if only at 75%. We can't rely on Newbies yet.

    I agree it would be best to give SRL a good rest with a place on the bench just in case we need him :) Sam Gallagher to start.

    Indeed, sums up their season a bit I think. Browsing their board before the game they thought their problems had been solved by Long and Jelavic who I believe one even dubbed a top-eight strike duo, but Jelavic is a passenger for the majority of games and Long always looks a good player but his numbers are just not really good enough.

    I guess I owe one or two of you guys my winnings. Wasn't going to bother putting anything on, but reading Fonte 33/1 tempted me with £3.

    Although, as I usually do, I went last goal scorer rather than first, so I couldn't relax even after the goal was credited to him.

    Very good win. Avoid defeat on Saturday, and this will have been an excellent start to Feb. Exactly what I had aimed for, in fact.
