I said exactly the same last year, not one of our players is irreplaceable, when you are a mid-table team losing as many games and putting in as many poor performances as we do then it proves we are just average. Ross maybe this year is the exception but can he do the same again next year or is this a one season wonder, looking at his stats you wouldn't place a bet on him doing the same again. I don't understand why we have Poleon on the bench week after week, this time Hunt and Smith were ahead of him, if he isn't going to play loan him out. Reality is we DO risk having a new manager in place shortly and we might have some proper money to spend at the end of the season but we have too many unanswered questions with players who are not featuring and it is time to step up to the mark or ship out.
