Would be great for the Tigers away fans as less miles to travel and bigger away support @ the KC especially if the 3 who went down were London based or a mixture of London and Wales based. ?

NB. If Fulham cancel there home game with Liverpool tomorrow night due to the potential tube strike then they should have points deducted. No tube for workers then get the bus into work ffs.

It looks like the tube strike is off.

Putney rail station isn't much further from the ground than the nearest tube station so what's the problem? I thought I heard in mentioned on the Beeb that there was concern about flooding with ground being close to the river.

Fulham tube is just across the road from the ground, Putney overground is nearly five miles away.

Are you talking about Fulham or Chelsea? I thought people were talking about Fulham, but your comment seems to fit Stamford Bridge, not the Cottage (which is 10 mins' walk from Putney Bridge tube and about 20 mins from Putney overground).

I cocked that up, it's nearer than I thought, only about 1.5 miles away.

Should have known better, I used to live not far away.

you had me worried there for a minute. I remembered walking from Putney rail when we played @ Fulham in the early 90s and it taking about 20 minutes to walk.
