Guessing Simpson didn't go with an iron bar, so may have snatched it off the tealeaf. Can't bring myself to feel much sympathy for thieves...what I call a technical crime. We will see what comes out in court.

I can't comment on what happened as I wasn't there, but I've heard quite a lot of comments from a variety of people stating that pretty much nothing happened, there may have been a bit of drunken abuse, but no-one who was there says there was a punch. I dunno if there was or not, but of course anything like that would be completely out of order.

Nige certainly has some competition for the last play-off place. Wigan could get it, two games in hand. Forest, Derby, QPR and Burnley in the running for automatic.
