Another lead surrendered late in the game - ah well, things could worse I suppose - http://www.scotsman.com/news/odd/italian-team-scores-eight-own-goals-in-10-minutes-1-3298289
Looking at the table Leicester are well out in front. Watford created chances that could have put the game to bed in both halves and put in a decent enough performance. There was enough in this showing to suggest that things are improving. Seems as if we have done better since LM has been injured.
It was ok last week albeit against a weaker side. Don't know if its just "sour grapes" as such but the Leicester fans are suggesting we tried to waste time rather than going for a 3rd leading to the 5 minutes of injury time. Trouble is a team like the Foxes will create and get chances no matter how much you defend whereas Brighton looked a bit lost.
ahahahahaha, how very un-italian of us. Our new boss and maybe owners must be thinking the same thing.
Did anyone see the highlights on FLS? Certainly had a few chances with Deeney just missing a pass from FF on the counter attack - typically Leicester almost nicked it twice after scoring! TBF All the goals were well taken - cannot blame anyone that much although both Murray's and their late equaliser came from sloppy passes.
Another frustrating game, still many positives to take and we didn't lose and top prediction from me!
Was taken shopping yesterday afternoon and got to John Lewis about 5 mins before full time to escaped to the tv section to check the Watford Score Went back to check the full time score . Still can't hold onto a 2-0 lead, I bet Beppe was Pi$$ed! But on reflection a point away from home against the best team in the league at the moment is a good result. Another step in the right direction? Hopefully.
A good and fair reflection on what I watched yesterday. http://bhappy.wordpress.com/2014/02/09/leicester-city-2-watford-2-08022014/
I'd agree with that - good luck for the rest of the season guys, usually one team makes a late charge to the play offs and after yesterday I don't see why it can't be Watford.
Whilst he had a pretty good game yesterday I have to say Martin Atkinson is clueless and seems to have no understanding of the basic rules of football! The rules state that there should be no clash of any sort between the two teams kits and the officials kit. Yesterday he either allowed or failed to notice that Kasper Schmeichel was playing in a black kit and so were the officials! Its a basic basic rule that should not be missed and really irritates me!! The officials are issued with other kits to prevent this and if they havent got a change then Schmeichel has to change! What do you think Fez??
Kaspers change kit is blue Someone wasnt thinking at all. Kasper has actually been wearing our away kit for alot of games this season
