That is 4 players - nowadays you need at least 15-20 top class players to compete with City/Chelsea. Truth is, you are going to alongside Arsenal from now on. You need to find a way to win by picking up young players and getting a bit of luck. Your youth system is not strong, and your debt is nastier than Arsenal's. 150M is not enough. You need a Manager to come in and take 5-10 years out building the club up again, like Liverpool and like Arsenal, or you are going to really go to the crapper!
