Poor against Norwich and this was no better. We don't have a team, we have players who are trying to come to terms with the fact that they play in a team. It didn't take me long yesterday to see that we were just as bad as against Norwich and that the team selection was all askew. The jacks would always be holding an advantage if that were to be the case, they at least have some idea of teamwork.
