Wild boar is very good indeed. I went into a bar in Corsica one day and found dozens of sausages made from it hanging from the ceiling. They all had different spices and herbs added and it was difficult to choose which to buy as they were so good, but quite expensive.
Which brings to mind - did the Pozzos ever go through with the purchase of the two other clubs they were rumoured to be looking at last year - FC Koper and SC Beira Mar?
Morning all from a bright and sunny, but very windy bandit country. Bloody tablets have knocked me out again. Perhaps they will be OK if I have not had a few glasses of wine?
Idiot of the day has to go to Shikhar Dhawan of India for celebrating his hundred when he was only on 99! It's even more ridiculous given India lost.
I've been up since 0400, got a load of washing on the go, hope to get it dried before the electric switches on to day rate! Good morning all from a crisp and dry Weston-super-Mare! Have a good day!

Morning all from a damp and cheerless rural France. I will not complain about the weather when I see the state of things in parts of the UK and the north-west of this country. Last August I was in the town of Quimperlé in Finistère on a bright sunny day, thinking how picturesque it all was. Today the town is under a metre of water and has been for several weeks now. Looks as if parts of the UK might be getting a change in the weather , from rain to snow and ice. At present we are forecast to have more rain or showers, but temperatures that will not strain the central heating.
I didn't realise that it was that bad. Surely the place is uninhabitable? I wouldn't fancy trying to get house insurance if people ever get back to their homes and shops.
"Forget any thoughts of promotion, this squad is simply not good enough or got the heart to where the shirt." "Redknapp out! I mean it this time, this t**t has to go. The worst value for money manager weve ever had." Sounds as if all is not well down Steptoe way. Spelling not too good either.
