I think i would have been less disappointed if we had 11 men, played badly, or were outplayed, and lost! The way we virtually threw the game away after 5 minutes, against Hull, again, leaves a really bitter taste in the mouth! Frustrated!

No point trying to talk football with Hull fans, they seem very bitter about something? Candy you had more possession and shots because we were playing pretty much the whole match with a man less. It is to be expected. To be fair to you hull did better this time than they did against our 9 men.

I've never been on the Hull boards but I have to say the vast majority on here today have been bellends.

stop being so depressive. next 3 games are very tough, but then we play crystal palace, west ham and Norwich which we cant be scared of

Cardiff and Swansea should be games we have a good chance of winning as well

I dont believe that we are down! I'm over the moon that we have a chance of survival, something i didnt think we had earlier in the season! Just bitterly disappointed that we had a chance of gaining a little breathing space, against a team who on paper we have a good chance in beating, and we blow it big style in a fashion that was typical earlier in the season! I was hoping for a win, but i had a funny feeling that it wouldnt be the case! I had the mindset that it would be a bridge too far to allow me to expect to win 3 off the bounce and seriously relieve our relegation fears! This is Sunderland FFS!!! Hahah!

10 v 11 for 90 mins should only turn out one way, i understand why wes took one for the team, but we would have been better placed to come from 0-1 if they scored

I'm watching the Swansea - Cardiff match and can't decide who to curse, I can't cheer for either.

Can you tell me what result to hope for, I'm unsure and will take your guidance.

I'm currently thinking a draw would be best for us.

A draw would be best for all the clubs around the bottom half I think. I can't see a team scoring thought tbf.

I reckon that's right, all the bottom 10 teams are in the ****e so 2 of them failing to gain 2 points can't be bad can it?

A few red cards and injuries wouldn't upset me either ........ oh, and a mass brawl on the pitch between both sets of fans.

Well deserved win for us, obviously helped by the red. Silly challenge.

Think you'll stay up, good luck in the cup final.

Enjoyed reading the banter. Extra pleased for the win however as smuginatibes is possibly the biggest **** on not606.

I don't believe Swansea will go down so perhaps that's better, we won't know for a while will we?
