Why is that childish? Surely the adaul thing to do is "yes we were beaten and beaten well" and that's teh end of it. So why are you here?
I've not ventured across to your board but I'd say winding people up after such a performance would be considered banter by most. However, when you are on the receiving end it is easy to dismiss it as being childish etc.
I did come on here as soon as the game had ended and said you where the better team.... Am I not allowed to be interest in the comments after the game made on a thread about the game?
Since we drew to WBA who, in turn, are being better by Palace, does that make the Londoners better than Arsenal?
Apart from responding to your posters I've said nothing othe than we were the better team today. Can I say anything positive about Arsenal today? Well actually no!
I can't say anything positive about arsenal today and I'm one of the more positive posters on our board!
I'm assuming this conversation is referring to comments on the Arsenal board? I don't want to see bickering about who has done what, just discuss the game FFS
just have to take it on the chin and move on lol. imagine if we had been on the wrong end of that, tobes would have got over his tantrum and wanted to come back, and smithys internet connection would have been miraculously fixed.
Yes. I'm not bickering, I'm just stating facts. Anyway, Liverpool today were exactly how I want Arsenal to play more often. I just get the feeling that Wenger instils a type of faux-superiority into his players. If the going gets tough, they slacken off a bit so there's a ready-made excuse that they lost because they could have played better. They don't seem to want to face up to a challenge, play out of their skins and then still lose, because then they'd be no excuse to turn to. But at least they'd show the fans some balls. But still... we'll continue to beat the non-best teams in the prem as it's what we do best. We'll still probably finish 3rd. But in a season that had/has so much promise, it's just a kick in the jaffers to see Arsene not be a bit more adventurous in January.
