Hes been here a couple of years and i have to be honest hes tripe, i did have extremely high expectations when he arrived, constantly saying to my mates who support other teams that hes gonna be a cracker wee player, yeah i look stupid now i know, he looks like a Nik Nak and think its time for a replacement? Apparently we're trying to do a part exchange with Southampton for Alex O-C. Failing that, I can see him going on loan to get one last chance to prove himself.

Apparantly he said to SAF he wanted to go, when that usually happens and Fergie doesnt like that you are away no doubt so could just be rumours, id love him to be a great player, showed some flashes of brilliance, but only enough to make Liverpools First Team every week
I watch alot of our Res-team games and Obertan does look good, with excellent speed with the bal and without the ball. I honestly think we need to keep him. Send him out on loan but to a PL club like one of the 3 that have just come up. That way we'll get to see more of him, and hopfully when he get's a good run in the team there, he'll show us what he can really do.
I remember reading that too, but a few days later his agent apparently came out and said that it wasn't true and that Obertan wants to fight for a place at United.
