I can't wait to see the team Poyet puts out today and especially the bench which I think could be vital.

The bench could be one of best for ages, Cattermole, Wickham, Scocco, Giacherrini, etc.

Is Fletcher injured or just struggling?

Still a canny bench if Scocco is match fit ....... I'd like to see him have the chance to come on and show off a bit.

Would be great to see him, I'm expecting a thunder bolt top corner with his second touch, no pressure :)

    Tough game but quietly confident.

What are you all thinking today lads? You're in a rich vein of form, and we've played decently the last couple of games despite the results. I think it'll be a close game with a 2-1 either way.

No offence but with the run we're on I'd be distraught at losing to Hull. Not that Hull are poor, just quite average. We need to take advantage of this form in order to make sure we stay up. I want us to keep going the way we are until one of the big boys puts us back in our place.

A flattering two nil to the lads.

There's be summat wrong if we weren't ..... in great form while Hull are in a slump, full of confidence and at home.

    I'd be <laugh> with a win, <ok> with a draw and <doh> with a defeat.

I don't believe there'll be any 'after the Lord Mayor's show' today ...... Poyet will send them out totally focused on doing a professional job.

They might score one goal but I can see us scoring 3 again this week ........... 3-1 Haway Lads!!!!!!!!!!!

I think we see you as the same bud. We were unlucky to lose at Palace and to draw at Spurs. Hopefully today we get a bit of luck and beat you. It's a big game for you looking at your next 3 games. Either way, good luck <ok>

After totally humiliating the 8th placed team, on their own pitch, I'd be upset if we don't beat a team on the same points at home ......... the scoring depends a lot on Bruce's choice of team & tactics, I bet you've no idea what he'll do.

Does he risk attacking the game and chasing us to get the ball?

Or does he play safe, invite us on and try to drop the ball long for your front 2 to chase?

Or summat else .......... what do you think he'll do?

I think a few weeks back, he would have gone with 3 at the back. But we've gone 442 recently and looked more solid. Jelavic and Long will cause your defenders a lot of problems with their running, especially since they're not blessed with pace.

We've got one of our best players in Aluko on the bench today and Jake Livermore returning to start. So maybe you lot won't see Meyler starting today. Hopefully we go for it, but we'll have to watch Johnson and Borini closely.

I think it'll be a good game and a tough one for both teams. If it wasn't for the history between you and our manager, it could have been a little more enjoyable.
