Im not worried at all . We can play THIS crap and still be WAY out of sight of you . This result was not unexpected . If you can ship 6 against City . Its not a huge leap to see that Liverpools attack v Our usual snail pace start , is only going to end one way . Not concerned in the slightest.
Wenger really needs to do something to sort our the lack of work rate we've had lately, Even Utd will fancy their chances next weak if we start like this again
As some poster already alluded to, this performance has been a long while coming, most of us knew (well the realists amongst us and not the delusional fools said we need to strengthen in January!) it was only a matter of time before we became unstuck. They were shouted down, we got a crocked player to replace another crocked player..... Funny thing is I was having a debate with a couple of other football fans, and they were talking about gooners being 2 faced, saying AW was the best thing, I told them not me, and feel he should STILL go..... I knew us being top of the table will not last and we were unlikely to win anything again this season!
I am surprised you are only just realising they were right! I think it is fair to say AW has forgotten how to win! He is no longer a winner, and we are saddled with him for another 3years!
Terrible performance, sloppy passing, slow build up, not enough closing or running, Ramsey is a big miss. The points are beyond us, its damage control now. A couple of goals are needed to salvage our gd from this game. Very disappointing. Liverpool have surrounded our players well but we have been very poor dealing with their pace.
This first half has actually been a typical Arsenal first half, only this time we have come up against a top quality side, and as I said just a week ago, Liverpool would do us, and it's turned out exactly that way. I don't think I've witnessed as many bad first half performances as I have this season, I don't even know what the players were trying to do in this first half.
Must say, I expected a tough game at Anfield but not that kind of performance. Hang your heads in shame. Liverpool have been excellent so full credit to them.
i would agree with some of that . The results , have been papering over the performances for sure . Its ok saying after a game . "phew that was close , we had to dig ourselves out and came out of there with the points " but sooner or later you HAVE to do something to STOP the duff performances , or it will bite you on the ass.
