That would be fair enough but they're now whinging non-stop and trying to claim it's all our fault ....... and we thought the Mags were deluded
1 They know **** all fella and neither does Bruce, the club is unrecognisable compared to when they were here. 2 True we don't have an out form Huddlestone but we do have a in form Ki, an inform Borini, an inform Johnson, an inform Colback, an inform Alonso, an inform Bardsley, an inform O'Shea, an inform Brown and an inform Mannone. 3 if you think AJ is the only player performing well you're in for one hell of a shock. Good luck chasing shadows
Why would two players who managed 25 games for Sunderland know all about us ....... is that Humberside logic
hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha class! our lass nearly jumped out her skin
Bruce clings onto this 10th Place ****e like he clings onto the last pasty in the shop. At the end of the 2010/11 season Birmingham were above us with half a dozen games left. They went down and, by the grace of some weird results, we bobbed up to 10th by the skin of our teeth. We were so poor that season we thought relegation was possible and 10th shocked most people. Bruce tries to spin it as 'pushing for Europe' when it was nothing of the sort. Just like when Pardew qualified for Europe it was a lot more by luck than judgement.
WBA scored a late winner against the scum which moved us up about 3 or 4 places if I remember rightly.
That's exactly what happened mebbe's 2 or 3 places ..... we were standing there shaking our heads & laughing when we heard. It was a ludicrous end to the season, we finished with a -11 goal difference which is exactly what we're on now We were only 8 points off the drop and lost more home games than Birmingham who went down! In fact, Sunderland supporters only saw 7 home wins and 25 goals all season.
Cup final, three derbies on the bounce, we've actually bought players in the last two windows, Joe Kinnear (say no more), so, yes, quite frankly.....
Are you saying that sacking Bruce was a good idea then ? How good have all the previous managers been? What have you won since Bruce left? What about the Irish bloke ? Martin Whatsisname ?
Sacking Bruce wasn't a good idea, it was an only option. Whatever failing previous managers had, and managers had since, doesn't hide the fact that Bruce had ran his course, well, more likely walked or taxi'd his course, and was clean out of ideas. Geordie, Mackem, Milanese or God, he had to go, cos he was ****. How many trophies have Hull won? Ever?
We've been in quiet turmoil for 2 or 3 years now. Now we hopefully have a good manager who's gonna keep us up and take us on. You're a club doesn't know what it's ****ing name is, heading downwards. And what the **** have you win recently?
It wasn't what we wanted, but, yes, sacking him was the right decision. When you look at the slide under him before the end, you could extrapolate that to League One, never mind the ****ing Championship. But it was really because he was a geordie....zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
