IS THERE A NOTICEABLE DECLINE in some of our posters, noticed in the compo's a lot of the activity is missing..prem outlaw cheddars etc etc I know we lost a few potential ones who were, in their opinions, taking to long to be ratified..2 or 3 postings should be enough? always put them on mod if they detract too much

I think some people are just fed up with the continued slide toward the abyss and can't be bothered to post

The unending slide into oblivion is the reason. There isn't anything new to say because every game played is as replica of the same inept performance seen many times over the last four years. The personnel change but the quality and results never do.

Our attendance's have held up quite well this year but if the unthinkable happens watch them plummet to 5,000 - 6,000.

Ignore the supporters need at your cost and soon the resultant decline in posting will reveal itself at the gate. People are just fed up with results and the lack of ability, or commitment, to fix the problems. More incapable players do not improvement make.

Not easy when we have been in a relegation battle for 3 years

All you guys are spot on.

It's been one long guts ache with no respite.
Hard to admit but when Burns scored the other night, I didn't stand, shout or clap. Just numb.

Already told Mrs R that I will not be renewing my ST if we're relegated, I can't stand it any longer.
You lot will be relieved, I couldn't post on here if I don't watch City.

    Doesnt work that way RP
Once its in your blood you will never get rid

Trust me on this. Bristol City has followed me all over the world.
Shame I never got the chance to do likewise, but I couldn't shake it off, and neither will you

BRR is spot on RP. It is like an incurable disease or an addiction, it is impossible to cleanse the brain and the blood.
I have lived in Shrewsbury and Livingston yet only missed two home games in 12 years there.
And even while in Portugal I still got back for half a dozen each season. Missing City matches was my main reason for coming back to live here last September.
I have other interests but City is number one and try as I have on a couple of occasions to make the break, it is nigh impossible for me.
    And you too RP?

Have to agree with the above. No matter how pissed off you are at city it doesn't matter where you are on the globe. You'll find a way to see how were getting on. I can remember when I was in Ibiza there was a pool party ( I was only 15 ) and I skipped it just to see the fixtures being released. Anything remotely city is just addicting and I hate not knowing whats going on.

I feel for you Shiny. You've got a lot of years to suffer whereas at least at my age, I can see a chink of darkness at the end of the tunnel!

You never know in 20 years time we could be one of the best forces in this country.... Or we could be out of the leagues all together!

Obviously our board has never had as many posters as yours, but we've still had a significant number, especially for an L2 club. However, with 3 seasons of battling relegation we've lost a few too. It just gets too depressing to post the same old negative crap about how bad the team is and how badly run the club is.

But as BRR says, supporting your team is in your blood and I for one can't shake it off, however hard I try! I've got a mate who was a lifelong Gashead but got so pissed off he changed codes and started following ****ing Gloucester RFC! Twat.

Kingsholme is probably the best ground in uk for Rugby atmosphere. Always had a good time there much better than Bristol Rugby
