We've always had trouble with these Cazorla/Ozil type players under Rodgers. Hazard & Mata have had a few brilliant games for us against Chelsea while Cazorla played really well at Anfield last season and Ozil dominated our midfield this season at the Emirates. We always seem to give them too much room between our midfield and back 4. Hopefully we'll sort that problem out for this game, otherwise we'll struggle to get a positive result.

I don't mind him to be honest. He seems like a decent ref.

As an Arsenal fan i feel happy about any ref as long as it isn't Mike Dean - he is either a terrible ref or hates Arsenal!

Is he the one that celebrated a goal against Arsenal at the Emirates <laugh> ?? Seemed like a weird thing to do and I can understand why you feel like he hates Arsenal, I think you have a crap record when he's the referee as well?

The only referee that I really dislike off the top of my head is Lee Mason, he is so **** its funny. He's supposed to be one of the best in his profession but he's abysmal.

He is the one who celebrated Sahas goal against us and then said he was celebrating that he had let advantage play on and was pleased that it was the right decision... yeh good one.

And we have a terrible record with him as ref, approximately 2 wins per 10 games with him as ref over the last decade. With only 3 victories in his last 21 games he has reffed for us.

H is so terrible it is unbeleivable, pretty sure he has a problem with Arsenal of some sort.

Yeah. He's gone the other way this season. Or, at least, he had. <doh>

It's a fair point, Doc, but of course we can't counter if we don't have the ball ...

Decent team, afcftw. Think if Cissy plays for us you'll have some joy down the left with Oxo and Sagna. Tbf, though he did have almost an okay game for us last time. So maybe he might have a good game ... ? <ok>

Oh god, I forget about Cissokho sometimes, because he is so crap. Arsenal will tear him to shreds.

Yes they will. Also if we give their midfield the time to ping he ball about in front of our defense they will pick holes in it eventually. Can't see Gerrard being able to cover for 90 minutes. Needed a top top DM but we didn't bloody get one.
