I knew yesterday Hull hasn't sold out. they only sold about 1,600 tickets what a joke they are. the biggest away allocation in league games at Sunderland is 2,900. Didn't we have 11,000 sunderland fans asking for tickets for the hull away game to. says it all really.
Bruce spent - 8.4m Poyet spent - 1.9m Ah forget it, it's laughable even talking about who's best of the two.
What, that you're a bigger club than us? That you're under-achieving whilst we're over-achieving? I think pretty much all City fans understand that. We looked good last week vs. Spurs and think our fortunes might be turning, so I'm gonna predict 1-2, but it'll be a tough game. Good luck for the rest of the season and in your cup final lads
It's not really about the size of the clubs imo ....... I just think some of us are disappointed that there won't be a better away following. I was back for the Stoke match and a few hundred of them sat on their hands for 90 minutes. It didn't help the atmosphere tbh. As this is a vital match, a 3pm kick off and only just over 100 miles, we were hoping there would be more Hull supporters .......... especially as you seem to pride yourself on your away support.
Doesn't matter how many examples you post, he'll find an excuse ........... he's obviously learning from Bruce Whenever you post proof they'll say, "Yes but that particular poster isn't really one of us, he's an idiot" or whatever. He said nobody had claimed Hull would win easily tomorrow and when I posted 4 examples he claimed he'd won the argument Anyway back to reality ...........
He's certainly not the first Hull fan to come on here and call us a lair, only to be proved wrong then pull that excuse followed by fingers in the ears. If they manage to stay up they'll do well to remember next season that folk on this board have this organ called a brain and can use it to remember things
You found one ****ing post from someone saying they were 99% sure we'd sell our allocation. Cockbender.
As I was saying, "Doesn't matter how many examples you post, he'll find an excuse ........... he's obviously learning from Bruce." I didn't bother to find any, pointless, you never admit you're wrong ...... like now
I was on the Hull board the other day explaining my old links with Hull. IIRC a couple of decades ago Hull the football team were in a lower division and resided in Boothferry Park (Am I right in saying Sunderland were the first team to play at your new stadium). However in Hull their are two Rugby League teams (or there were, I cannot imagine them ever merging) and passion in Hull were very high for Rugby League (there was one pub in the old town that was the HQ of one set of fans..good pub but cannot remember its name, on the way to the docks?)and therefore it is harder for a football team to get a large following. Something akin to Wales really although Rugby Union seems to be losing out to Cardiff and Swansea atm. So whilst I reckon we are a big club, history fan base etc we have achieved very little, for Hull to be in the premier League is something they can be proud of and i doubt they would have our fan base, their new stadium is supposed to be good through. I hope Hull stay up, I never hated Bruce, it was just he lost too many games in one year to remain our manager, it is all about wins and his for us dried up. Tough game tomorrow, 2-1 or 2-0 to us I reckon (hope) you have easier fixtures after tomorrow we have hard ones.
Listen ****. I've got better things to do then trawl through posts, I pick out the first bit of proof I come across. If you're not happy you can get ****ed, you've been proved wrong. If you don't like you can **** off back to your sewer you inbred piece of ****.
Spot on mate, I once went to Boothferry Park with Mansfield, for a 3rd or 4th division league match, and the ground looked deserted. For them to be playing in the Premier League, in a modern stadium with gates of over 20,000 is remarkable. Most of the Hull supporters I've met have been great. As an exile I don't usually get away tickets and have sat in the KC with the Hull crowd, never a problem ever during the match we won 4-1. There are a few who've taken the 'bunker mentality' too far but I suspect they're obsessed kids playing on the internet. I'd much rather see Hull in the Premier League than the likes of Fulham who only manage a few hundred at Sunderland on a good day.
Sunderpitt posted a very decent response and I answered that with a post praising Hull I also said, " I just think some of us are disappointed that there won't be a better away following," in my own response. How's that tough? You have to blame posters like 'rosenior' and 'lambretta' if people aren't too well disposed towards Hull posters. You and a few others, as I've often said, are decent and can have a decent conversation but some are quite infantile and tedious.
