I used to do a bit of Kickboxing, boxing and Muay Thai. The first two are ok, but Muay Thai is for absolute nutjobs When you fight someone in your own weight division it's hard. When you go up weights it's even harder. When you are fighting someone two stone above your weight - forget it
sorry, i should correct that...*correct transferal of body weight. you can weigh 20 stone but if you're not shifting it correctly you're doing **** all.
touche. but i see guys coming into the gym all the time who are built like brick ****houses, atleast 16 or 17 stone of muscle..and then go on the bag and it hardly moves
