would this be the same fa that refused takes points off west ham in 2006 when they broke god knows how many rule when signing Tevez and the other guy?

if they are successful then every referring decision is going to be legally challenged ... have i little time for the fa but west ham are behaving like arseholes

This is nonsense Carroll swung his arm and hit that idiot. He may not have intended to hit him but he was reckless as whether he would or not. It may have been harsh depends on your point of view but there's no way they should remove the card.

    Tevez and Monster-Masch! <monster>

I don't blame them, personally. Carroll could be vital to their chances of staying in the Premiership, as was obvious with Carroll's link-up play with Nolan recently. I think they might as well try anything they can to get him back and playing for the team. I would probably do the same if I was in West Ham's position. <ok>

In my opinion it was not a red card or even a foul. Things like this happen all the time.

  7. If they go to court then I hope they're kicked out the leagues.

It had to happen some time! The FA deserve to be taken to court. They have used the rules and offered no explanation of judgements and appeared to be self-serving for just too long.

Is this the best case for a legal reference? - I don't think so. Now I know I'm offering Darko an open goal but legally and procedurally we would have had a better case after Suarez 1.

"It is thought to be the first time in Premier League history that a rejected red-card appeal has then been referred to an independent arbitrator."

The FA are a ****ing #joke, let's hope their humiliation continues
