****ing hell lads, I'm well pissed off it's us who'll win the league I'm not having you lot turn up and start spouting crap like "next year is our year!" We have the delusion sown up, we've been at this for more than 20 years now and HAIG thinks he can start a thread like this? You have an outside chance of finishing 2nd behind us anymore of this crap and I'm telling brb!
Their teeth will be chattering, since hell will have frozen over. Either that, or there won't be any to be found anywhere, since I will have died and gone to heaven. I know, I know, I can hardly seeing myself getting the thumbs up from Saint Peter either (seeing Saint Peter in any way, shape or form would be one helluva shock, tbh), but if I see Spurs win the title this year, there can be no other explanation. You make an excellent point. We are comparative Johnny-come-latelys in the delusion department.
Next year is YOUR year, this year is OURs, done and dusted, QED. You lot are future deluded, we are already in the groove, right here, right now!
I wouldn't say we're deluded, not at all. As I make clear in my OP, we haven't won the title yet, and we've got to get a shift on if we are to make any impact. I'd say that shows clearly that we know we've got a job on our hands, and that nothing can be taken for granted.
I have just looked at our fixtures until the end of the season and being completely realistic I can't see us dropping any more points. Everton are in big trouble tomorrow to start with. I have a feeling a Soldado hat trick is on the cards. You would be crazy to bet against it. I'm confident this will be enough to clinch us the title which we all know is rightfully ours. I'm thinking of penning a mind the gap email to my Arsenal supporting colleagues already.
Thankyou for your support, comrades . Our elusive mlitant organisation is nearly ready to be unleashed. All guerillas have sworn steadfast determination to the cause. We have a secret stash deep here in the countryside awaiting the word. Haig has become a prophet in our eyes. A Lennon,Castro, Dylan of our board of heroes. We worship his enlightenment he brings us . A little Oscar Wilde thrown in as well must explain his hint of humour. Tomorrow is Ours.
Well, it's a fact that in three games' time we could be sitting above Arsenal in the league. And with the games they've got coming up, that is entirely possible.
