The FA have only got themselves to blame. The appeal would go something like this: Blazer 1 "well he made contact, Mr Webb, have you anything to say or add to your report?" "No" Blazers have a murmur session for 5 seconds or so... "Appeal denied" That's how it works and no wonder the FA are now facing legal action. There is far too much money in the game now for it to be run like some amateur bridge club. That Webb and the panel either cannot see or refuse to see what has happened brings the game into disrepute far more than some misguided tweet by some half brained pro. Their intransigence beggars belief. I have resigned from refereeing not over this but similar incidents and the prevailing attitudes at officer level and this fiasco only serves to ensure I stay out of the game which pisses me off no end.
HH you are correct. The only nations in west Europe not in the agreement are UK and Ireland. That is silly as all the east Europe nations RúmanÃa and Bulgaria are in the EU now have access to your nation anyway and ex-JúgóslavÃa will just come as well.

I guessed five correctly. I got Barcelona Boca Juniors Chelsea Real Madrid and Tottenham Hotspur in alphabet order. I was confused with one and got the correct area and wrong team.
I got 5, (4,5,6,8 & 9 correct) scrape a pass. Saw some of these elsewhere but didn't put the right names to them. Pretty fanciful some of them.
