Is it you who always comments on the HDM site ? Why are you always changing your name ? No wonder you aren't bothered about a name change
I put this to Filey a couple of times before, but he never replied. His persona is belligerent on the HDM site but has a ‘love everybody’ type style on here which sometimes directly contradict in varying measure
Hull City has next to no external debt. The vast majority of the money it owes is to Allamhouse. To walk away from the club he has to sell it or resign as a director and let Ehab take over. To sell it quickly he will write off enough of the debt to make a sale. It could be as much as £80 million he writes off because City has no assets. If he doesn't write off the debt he doesn't walk away unless he resigns as a director just leaving Ehab in charge. He'd also walk away from over £50 million worth of tax losses if he sold, leaving Allam Marine having to pay corporation tax on its profits. If we walks away he'll have to explain to his children and grandchildren why he has just written off £100 million.
Exiled is a member of the CTWD committe, the committee doesn't have a leader and this a hypothetical scenario he posted on a football forum, that certainly doesn't make it CTWD policy. Fan ownership is not new to Exiled, he's been a passionate advocate of it for years, along with safe standing, cheaper tickets, banning bubbling and several other things. If you'd like to discuss it with him, then I suggest you join CI, I'm a rep fo CTWD, not for Exiled.
The debt is now far too big for any fan group to take it on, it's too big for anyone to take on, that's why AA can't walk away. Not unless he wants to write off that debt, which there's zero chance of him doing.
by him getting his debt paid off from an outside investor if the name change takes place that puts us in the top 8 of richest clubs in the league ... speculation but its gathering pace now hence it will be allowed
IF it happened ( I am sceptical too) .. where would CTWD stand on this ? ... genuine question .. that's all or rather where would your average poster stand ? ... be honest and say one way or another 1 - wipe off allams debt and get major investment 2 - keep it as it stands and he has the big debt hanging over us (not calling it in but its there stopping progression) .. 3 - lets **** off and just enjoy whats on the field for me its option 3 .. all I care about is the 11 vs 11 .. that's all that matters on the day , I have too much to worry about work wise , relationship wise and friends wise to worry about a club that I support .. its not my life .. its a pastime ... which is what football is meant to be .. isn't it ?
no from a @hulltigers.com email address .. I am not falling into the same trap I did years ago (as you well know) and you didn't answer ... lets see where you are then .. you saw the question
I'm not surprised you're worried about work and relationships, you're a frighteningly stupid individual.
I'm not on the CTWD committee. It's a ridiculous question, but if I was on the committee my answer would be that in this hypothetical but incredibly unlikely scenario that Allam has a deal in place to make us a top 8 side in terms of finances through the name change (this is why it's ridiculous but I'm doing as you asked and answering it) it would be slightly better for me because my opposition to the change is based on both the sentimental desire to keep the proper name but also the financial side of it (it is far more likely to lose the club money than make any). Your hypothetical scenario would address one of those concerns but I'd still be against it due to the other one. I'm pretty sure from my previous conversations with our former MD that there isn't any such deal in place. If anyone with a hulltigers.com e-mail address knew of such a plan, I think it'd be him.
A large part of this thread has been devoted by the Allamites, to the question of full disclosure, honesty and the accusation that CTWD has been guilty of spin. The need for honesty is paramount on all sides - When will "Happy Tiger" change his user name to "Bitter & Twisted Tiger"?
If you are being honest!! Show the posts where CTWD is accused of spin. I have used that term but regarding posts made on here not by statements made by CTWD. We had a representive from this board who's mandate as far as I can recall was that he would report fully on the meeting and not withhold anything. OSC reported back to its board. CTWD reported back to other members of CTWD. HCSS, who knows what they did. Not606 we got copied in on the public release of a summary of the meeting. Posters on here who are members of CTWD appear to know more than posters who are not in CTWD. That is the issue. It's been debated to death on here, but the point still remains, we where told there would be no NDA by our rep and what do we get an NDA. It is spin, to post on here that CTWD is a single agenda group and make another poster say sorry for his post, when in fact CTWD themselves say they are a community group with varied objectives. It is spin to post about "working with" when at the time there was just an informal cup of coffee planned. It is spin to accuse another group of non disclosure when you don't disclose. That is what is frustrating. A suggestion was made to disclose the details of the meeting to one other poster on here who would be trusted by the rest in order to put the issue of disclosure to bed. Did it get taken up no?
