One never knows, Chelsea had a tough game and looked a bit tired at the end, maybe they'll be missing a player or two.

I'm going to go for a 1 or 2 - 0 chelsea. We'll fight hard, make it difficult, but they'll just edge it. We're threadbare. No quality up front, very suspect at the back.

I'm pretty sick of seeing Santon play week in week out.

I'm thinking it'll be 2 or 3-0 to the Toon. I don't think, in the history of the game, there has ever been a bigger confidence boost than Joe Kinnear pi$$ing off. Signings like Bale, Ronaldo, Rooney are pi$$ compared to the shot in the arm given to our team ahead of this match. I reckon you're unlikely to see a more committed team than the one in (hopefully) yellow turning up at Stamford Bridge next week.

Really, though, not sure anything matters. Pardew has to steer this ship to 40 points in the next 15 games, then we will have a very interesting Summer. Life as we know it is more or less on hold until the transfer window closes in September!

    From NUFC.com

Loic Remy will serve the second game of his three match suspension, but Yoan Gouffran should return to the side after missing the last two games due to an unspecified injury.

Fabricio Coloccini is anticipated to be back in training after injury, but not rushed back into the starting XI.

Having Gouffran back is going to be a bonus and if Colo can make it we could be in with a shout. It's not all doom and gloom.

    Grazie. Grazie mille.

4-5-1. The 4 and 5 pick themselves now Le Gouff's back, so I'd play either the armchair from Frazier or a telephone box up front.

As much use as what we've got.

Disagree. Both are considerably more useful than what we've got. LDJ aside.

Forget about Gosling and Marv, Obertan will take care of them on his own.

I predict that the rest of our season will be unpredictable. With nothing to play for, and therefore nothing to lose I can see us winning some games like this one and then losing a few to relegation candidates.

Having said it won't be predictable I'll predict we get hammered.
