Did you ever apologise for the, frankly, massive list of things you were wrong about over the years?
    Not f**king once.

If we get relegated now we shall have to add the Laudrup out campaign of yours to the list

Nobody will know if removing Laudrup was the right thing to do until the end of the season so how is Dai and co. "right"?

Aah well, that settles it then.

Nothing to be discussed....and if we go down it will still have been the right decision, we'll just blame Laudrup and carry on our merry ****ing way.

Because at least half of the board and Huw Jenkins thought it was a good idea. They believe our form will improve between now and the end of the season as a consequence.
Of course, the flip side is our form might have improved under Laudrup with important players just coming back from injury but now the unrest amongst players that only joined us because Laudrup was here could get us relegated.
    Next.

P.s. I am perfectly sane and consider things rationally.

Not even close. The unrest was already there but things will now get better. I don't think you understand football very well if you think there'll be unrest among players Laudrup brought in. Managers leave all the time and players just get on with it. The players may actually like it here now and don't care whose in charge. It's normal for players to have manager changes like this. Very normal.

Well let's just say I don't think you understand football very well and leave it there.

Not guaranteed, but likely I'd say.

If there is unrest in the workplace then something needs to be done about it. The fact is that it wasn't being resolved with Laudrup there. If it doesn't get better then obviously something else will need to be done. Don't see how you can expect any guarantees.

Terror, be fair, he couldn't. If he had, the forum would be full of his posts. What a nauseating thought!

Appoligies were needed jackpa26 due to me name calling etc.etc.

Still looking forward to Saturday, win or lose its the attitude of our boys I am most interested in after Saturday we'll know if we have a team to support or a bunch of whingers waiting to leave.

Routledge, Dyer, Williams, Davies, Rangel, Britton all Jacks and will give 100%, the rest?

    Chico, who cares
    Hernandez, wont be missed
Alvarez, who??? Maybe this is why Donelly came back
JDG, Laudrup's boy I think he'll be gone.
Michu, I have hope as he'll be out to build his name again. I feel, when fit, he'll do well for us until he goes in the summer.
Pozuello, he'll carry on playing a bit part. If JDG stops playing then he'll get more opportunities.
Amat, I hope he'll take Chicos spot and stay. His attitude has been exemplary since he came here
Canas, I don't think its in him to give less than 100%
Bony will shine; remember Laudrup said Bony wasn't his choice,
Shelvey, see Bony, not Laudrups choice. I don't think he'll be phased by this at all.

    Ngog, I haven't a clue

Cant wait for Saturday, lets get behind Monk, be as loud as we can, the bloobs are going to be well p1ssed off when we beat them.

fair assessment although I think Pablo is now in the last chance saloon therefore I'd play him to start because he'll cause more problems for them then us imo.

Amat in instead of Chico ( my reason my be different from Monks') calming influence at the back , although with Laudrup gone perhaps Bartley will feel he's got another chance at the club to get established and therefore will want to impress .All very speculative but looking more positive towards the game tis weekend than previously ,probably because we're hoping for a positive response from the team and Monk what ever his weaknesses has never let himself or the club down

Huw Jenkins is not stupid, and will not have made this decision lightly. Sadly the Premier League demands instant success, leaving most teams with little option but to turn to desperate measures to improve their chances of survival. It is the nature of the beast as you all well know, or should know by now, and to keep up in the high risks of the Premier League, you have to take a chance sometimes, and that's what we have done by sacking Laudrup. I hope it pays off, and I'm pretty sure it will, I liked Laudrup a lot, but at the end of the day, as a manager he had some serious flaws, whether you like to admit them or not.

Clearly some on here are having difficulty swallowing what Dai had said on here for a long time, well that's their problem, but Dai was right (for once) and I had to admit myself some 4 or 5 weeks back that I could indeed see our board of directors acting to secure our main income stream of £90 Million, and not even some one as high profile as Michael Laudrup, could get in the way of that, we have progressed year on year now for over ten years, and this season could well have jeopardised all that had Laudrup stayed. I know all the arguments for and against his sacking, and there are valuable points on both sides, but at the end of the day, we could not continue as we were, and I salute Huw Jenkins and our board for being brave enough to make the very difficult but right decision to safe guard our club, no man not even Laudrup can come before that fact, so we move on hopefully forwards and upwards, as we try to repair the damage done, it is now a responsibility of all Jacks to get behind our Chairman, board and team, as we regroup to come out fighting for our status as a Premiership team, lets unite please!...................<ok>

Oh we must unite now , what about before now, . Dai's approach is like a room full of chimps with type writers , one in a million chance one of them will write something intelligent .

Laudrup had a fair chance. You can't be united when things fall apart. But the decision is made so time to move on and unite again. Simple. If you don't want to, then that's your choice. But I'll be supporting Monk for the time being at least. I'm willing to give me a go.

The way some Laudrup supporters talk you'd think it was Dai that sacked him.

Yes, it's even Dai's fault that Laudrup left. LOL.
