It's a difficult one but it's not one that can be solved with knee jerk reactions of the sort that prick Alf Hooker and Nick Griffin would propose. The police need to take a more active role in curtailing the begging as a lot of it is linked to crime gangs operating out of countries like Romania. Politicians need to do a lot more also. We also need to ask ourselves why people feel the need to flee countries like Romania to come beg on the streets of Britain. However, we live in an ever changing world, politically, economically, culturally and environmentally, and it's extremely naive to think that we can just shut up shop and try and reach some equilibrium with the current population. The reality is that most of the problems in this country are caused by the indigenous population who are often apathetic, poorly educated and brought up in a culture of drugs, booze and general crime. You only have to take a walk round any city centre on a Friday or Saturday night to see the ones who are the ones causing trouble.
The difference is I'm evidently not thick whereas you demonstrate a large degree of ignorance and general stupidity. A point so evident in the comment above.
