Swansea City have announced they have parted company with boss Michael Laudrup. The news came a day after chairman Huw Jenkins dismissed rumours that they had discussed Laudrup's future. More details will be made public later..... http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/26042067 Are they mad?
Last summer he was linked with the Real Madrid job and now he's not good enough for Swansea. They'll deserve to go down...
There has to have been something going on behind the scenes......mind they have been on a poor run of form lately, something like 1 or 2 wins in last 12 games or so...... Perhaps he had a falling out with Jenkins over the transfer window.....
The falling out was in The Summer where he wanted out anyway. For me it's Godsend as now we dont have to see bloody EVERY Swansea match as The Saturday 3 PM match When they're playing!!!!
Someone on the swans board posted that they had taken 36 points from the last 38 games......relegation form....
Not quite, we stayed up with that without getting to ko stage of EL and knocking out Manure at their place in The Cup. Swansea have lost The only bit of class they had. Just think, while we were bringing in Granero for about 8M he was getting them Michu for 2!
By the end of February most of the bottom half of them Prem will be on their second manager of the season. The new manager syndrome can't work for all of them.
