You want to get Di Canio in quick, you will smash your local rivals, win against teams you have not done for years and pull off some shock results while staying up at a canter. Obviously you then have to sack him as soon as the whistle blows in the final game or you would be ****ed seeing as he is a total lunatic. Your just lucky MON has a job or it could have been horrible for you. In all seriousness its a bit of a strange one from an outsiders view point but its been obvious for a while something has not been right with ML and its been transmitted onto the pitch. I just read a ticker-tape at the bottom of the screen on SSN and it had a quote from Jenkins saying that it was very hard with the constant uncertainty about ML's future with the club 'long term'. I wonder if his trip away after the West Ham game was more than R&R. Jenkins doesn't like the sound of it and says goodbye.

I mentioned some months ago that your board were losing patience with Laudrup, there have been issues with the work ethic amongst the squad for a while in their eyes, I was (rightly I guess) ridiculed by SCFC regular posters but todays sacking confirms there was something there a while back. I would like to see Zola come in, he's doing very well at Watford, is a genuine guy who is very humble who will work well with our board, and plays the game the right way, he was never treated right at West Ham!................
We are 12th position in the Premier League!!!! This is a HUGE gamble. Why change manager 3 days after the transfer window closes? This looks so amateur by our board. I see this causing a big rift with our Spanish players, and let's face it we are f###ed without them.
maybe now we will get a good training session in to stop players getting injured everytime they look at a football. Never known us as a club to have so many injuries at the same time. Maybe a few will start to get that extra yard or 2 pace they seem to be lacking from the start of last season.
