When Martinez and Brendan went - I felt positive about it. With Laudrup going I feel disappointed and annoyed with the club.

Great club , with a great manager , with most mickiest of mouse board . Like most , I'm certainly not surprized , just hugely disappointed. Huw and his board were doing such an outstanding job till this but the job grew to big for them . They should resign. Everyone and there dog was saying this was about to happen , just hard to believe the stupidity involved .

Appalling decision.
To do this now, with no one else lined up...with us depending on Laudrup's players to dig us out of the ****.
Jaw dropping.
Didn't see that coming. We've been run sensibly for a decade now.
**** knows how this is gonna pan out.

Not happy with this.

Are we now just another club that panics once the going gets tough?

I thought they would have waited until after the Cardiff match, but things must be worse than what I was told, like I said many times on here, £70 Million is enough of an incentive, and perhaps now we can get back to playing some decent football, shame that Laudrup couldn't cut in the Premiership, but the stats prove that since last years Cup win, he has been unable to motivate the team, and playing players out of position, when better were on the bench was ludicrous, really nice guy and great Player but very questionable as a manger, wish him all the best!................<ok>

So Jenkins it was just a coffee meeting, and Laudrup's position was never discussed, what a bare face lier you are!..................

6 wins all season and just 8 wins in a season and a half.<doh> He should have gone long ago...If anyone thinks that is good management then i feel sorry for you. we would have gone down if we had continued the trend of the past year and a half and for that reason he has to be sacked...the players were not playing for him as we know they can and now everything will calm down in the dressing room and on the training ground and the lads will now go out there and play for someone who they do respect. the one the only Garry Monk....Who will get us back playing like we use too as a caretaker for the king in waiting Graeme Jones...

Our lady owner will probably sell yes. But she won't asset strip us. Not all Saints fans want you to go down.

I thought that's why the chairman or chief exect resigned? Apologies if ive got that wrong <ok>

The question you have to ask is...............are our board being "muppets" or a coincidence that 4 football teams in different parts of the world have had to do the same with the same person?
Just saying..........

Like you say Dai, you can't sugar coat those stats <ok>

Nope he resigned because he didn't like the owner changing our board set up. The owner also wanted more of a say on the running of the club.

I still think she will end up selling in a season or two.

Dragon you should know by now that you dont listen to jinx on the paper. I told you that he was furious that laudrup went on a jaunty after the west ham match knowing he was required to attend an emergency meeting on Sunday...Laudrup knew in my opinion that he was going to be sacked so he did his own thing.......Jinx had to sack him that much was obvious...

Might change her mind if you keep all of your top players and bring a couple in as you could challeneg for Euro spots <ok>

Straight after the January transfer window is always an unmitigated disaster. Derby on Saturday is now an even more critical game for both confidence and points on the board.
