BM has returned as the manager of Leeds United despite his sacking last week. What's going on with that club http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/fo...ger-despite-sacking-by-new-Italian-owner.html
Your supposed to fail the 'fit and proper person' test if you have a criminal conviction, it's about the only thing they do reject people for, so this take over may well be rejected by the FA.
All piss takes and rivalries aside, it really does put the whole game in a bad light when people like these try to get involved with football, no matter which club. I don't know what the solution is, because if an owner wants to sell, they'll take the best price. The FA are in a ****ty position to be fair, but the ultimate losers will be football fans.
FA need to sort themselves out. We all know it'll never happen but you don't see stuff like this, us, Cardiff etc happening in the German leagues for example.
I hope AA was listing to Mc Dermotts pressy, he said the most important part of any club are the fans, and their point of view is paramount, and that is why he is continuing.
Is the football bubble ever going to burst? That will be the worry if the FA cannot get a rain on some of the club ownership issues that are on going. Another example of a club being allowed to contniue to be a laughing stock and run so below any normal business practise, which can only bedamaging the industry it is it, football.
Barry O Mahony ‏@barryomahony4 Chris Farnell, the lawyer who sacked Brian Mcdermott on Cellino's behalf, has just been escorted off the premises at Elland Road.
They signed 5 new (Italian) players on deadline day, but could not "locate" an authorised Director until too late. Only one turned up at training on Monday, by which time McDermott was back. He didn't know who the poor sod was!
****ing hell. "Proud to be a Hull White". Ok, if you're that pathetic, follow another Cities team if you must, but at least have the decency to pretend you come from there. Very little actually properly annoys me, but those arseholes manage it.
He's giving it large to the hull tigers fans. What a muppet. If I lived in Hull I'd go for a knock on his door.
Apparently, as the fraud conviction was over ten years ago, under English law it no longer applies and doesn't stop him passing the 'fit and proper person' test. He has also been charged again, but as he hasn't actually been convicted yet, that doesn't count either. It's a farce.
He lives in Leeds and if you're going to give it large on the internet, then it's probably best to not use your real name, only took me two minutes to find out where he works.
lol I almost did that but just figured he's a saddo that needs our pity. Why declare yourself as a Hull White if you live in Leeds ffs? That feels like "I'm so lucky and glad to be away from Hull, and I love Leeds soooooo much", makes me wanna throw up.
