Very deserved for Chelsea in the end, definitely one of the most impressive displays by any team this season.
Those two teams are brilliant make not mistake about that. Both up there with the best in Europe. And after 24 games WE are still ahead of both of these ****s.
As much as I think that they are a bunch of slags, you have to hand it to the Chavs tonight. They did really well to beat city and prevent them from scoring. That said I think City badly missed Fernandinho and Aguero
For all the talk of City's great home record (and it was), they've just made 2 more points at home than us this season, so not bad at all from us. If we manage to win the rest of our home games, we will be champions, and there's no reason we can't beat United and City at home this season. But the bubble has burst for City, losing that perfect home record, and losing it by losing, not drawing.
All season everyone is going on about how great City's squad is, so **** em, they missing 2 players, but surely a great squad can cope.
Like someone already alluded to, we should pat ourselves on the back for nicking a point against this Chelsea side!
It just shows you how much a great team can be unraveled when they are missing a couple of key players.
Matic is a beast how no one but Chelsea were in for him is surprising. Not a bad way to announce yourself.
Haha, couldn't help but think about this scene from Rocky 4 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wFYjOZu3nG8
A draw would have been ideal, but a loss for citeh is the next best thing... Wonder if this would dent their swagger?
I think we were extremely poor going forward against them in that game. Defensively we looked ok, although they didn't test us that much.. it was a point gained rather than two lost. As we witnessed tonight, it could have been worse.
