The DMD specimen has just spent ages picking through an interesting football thread taking out any posts by me, or responding to me, and he's totally killed the thread.

He posted a new thread for everyone to laugh at me and that's died a death as well <doh>

    He's ****ing useless.

Do you think it's uncanny that the supporters have taken to the new style so readily .......... we've had years of 'headless chicken' football that, tbh we've slightly encouraged.

But this is like the scales falling from our eyes.

It's no surprise that holding the ball, rather than chasing it, breeds confidence.

    We'll play 4-4-2 not 3-5-2.

    It'll be:

    Harper
    Rosey Davies McShane Figeroa
    Elmo Livermore Huddlestone Brady
    Jelavic Long

    Couple of observations:

    1) Bruce obsessed with Sunderland? It would seem to be the opposite .. Seen someone on here call it your biggest game of the season and that he'd been waiting for it all season. <laugh>

    2) Ever noticed how all your managers are the saviour for a very brief period before things soon deteriorate, they leave, and suddenly they're talentless bellends?

Bruce finished above Poyet last season, fancy him to do it again tbh.

Who was that, I haven't seen anyone say anything like that.

In fact, I'll go as far as to say, you either imagined that or made it up ...... apology at the ready if I'm wrong <ok>

    Over to you.

He's a prick as well. I noticed he didn't show his face when we pulled his threads from earlier in the season, he's a coward too.

He was on here making cracks about Sunderland 'special needs' and is now totally denying it, what a sad man.

I'll always back up what I've said or apologise.

Anyway, back to the football ...... I'm watching Man City tonight, what red cards and injuries should we be hoping for?

aye and he`s done it with a mediocre legacy.

It`s his interviews and talks that get me though Smug. He sees things as they are and as the supporters see them. Quite a novelty.

    1. I think you'll find Bruce mentioned us before this thread was posted, and even if one person said it was the biggest game of the season it hardly represents the majority. <doh>

    2. So who's fault is it then when a team performs ****e consistently and doesn't win enough games? It's the manager who picks the team and lays the tactics. Most mangers enjoy honeymoon periods. MoN and PDC were saviours. They both kept us up. you know, saved us from relegation hence saviour. It doesn't mean they're talented mangers <doh>

If Bridcutt can cope that well with a 50,000+ derby debut then Poyet may have brought in a future star ......... tbh I knew virtually nowt about the lad but he looks like Ki's willing apprentice already.

Any of them mate. Hard to be choosy when they're all class <laugh> Any of their forwards and attacking mids would be ideal though

4-4-2 is good news for us, especially with Huddlestone (who is a wonderful passer of the ball) playing, who unless has changed dramatically will struggle in a midfield two, expect Colback to stick to him...

    1) Nobody realistically thinks it's our biggest game of the season, get real man.

    2) A bit like every club? I'd bet you thought Brown was a great manager when you were doing well <doh> don't be so stupid

That's fair enough, but 1 win in your last 10 would suggest you're dropping like a sack of **** <ok>

the next game is always the biggest game of the season, so as it stands, it is.

Your back 4 as projected looks ****ing woeful, and I would definitely fancy Ki, Scocco, Borini & AJ against that, McGregor is a top keeper, so I'm glad he's out.

I think Jelavic is a poor, poor finisher, but I do rate Long he runs well off his man so we need Brown on him, JOS on Jelavic.

    What's Altidore then?

Jelavic finishes like Puskas by comparison. <laugh>

It doesn't matter though does it? I wasn't making a comparison.

    Point still stands.

Sorry to interupt but you were saying you'd 'seen someone on here call it your biggest game of the season and that he'd been waiting for it all season.'

    Who was that?

Man City 1-0 down at home to Chelsea.

The fact that you had to take a dig at Altidore shows that you know GG was right..

Btw, Jozy will absolutely bully McShane

    It was GCMackem.

I don't think he was right. I don't particularly rate Jelavic. He's fairly slow and not the most technically gifted, but I think he's a relatively good finisher. Altidore, on the other hand, <laugh><laugh><laugh> ... that is all.
