Off Topic Injury update 2022/2023

Played Friday in the freezing cold rain and wind. Didn't take a knock but the twisted knee from a couple of weeks ago reappeared. Its aching now so I'm a doubt for Wed but **** it, I'll play anyway.

 

How many you let in ?.

 

NONE but I fielded a load of balls that they'd kicked over the crossbar and wide of the goal

 

Wouldn't have been too many to fetch if you were directly behind the goal

 

I think Johnson is back next week, with Sakho returning soon. Allen is obviously back but I think Lucas and Enrique are the long term doubts.

 

Yeh! But the goalie is a lazy bastard so I have to do all the fetching. We're too poor to have any nets so I also have to get all thse shots that he lets in. It's dog's life being behind the goal.

 

I was suggesting shots never go remotely near the goal

 

Yeh but I have to leg it after anything that crosses the line between the 2 corner flags

good that we have a return date-ish for lucas, still worrying no date for enrique though, cant stand much more of cissokho lol.

The annoying thing is is that he was originally suppose to be back on the 28th Jan. But now he doesn't have a date at all, I just hope he hasn't made it worse.

 

Sakho is likely to be on the bench. Worried about Cissokho in the LB as Arsenal are going to assault that area.
