    http://www.themag.co.uk/the-mag-wir...fer-window-still-open-papiss-cisse-transfer/?

Newcastle are in line to sell yet another player for big money with a Papiss Cisse transfer to Russia on the cards.

Many fans are unaware of the fact that just because the English transfer window has closed, it won’t necessarily be the end of United players being offloaded and the Ashley coffers filled up even more.

papiss cisse transferNot every country has the same transfer window period and so for example the Russian League has a transfer window that is open to February 27.

The rules are that a player can move to any league where their window is open, it doesn’t matter if the selling club is in a league where the window is shut.

Therefore a number of media are reporting that a Papiss Cisse transfer to Rubin Kazan is still very likely to happen, with the Newcastle striker unwanted on Tyneside.

As we are now well aware, the fact nobody can be brought in to replace him is immaterial, though borrowing yet another player in De Jong will no doubt be claimed as a ‘replacement’.

So this is why we weren't accepting loan bids from Cardiff and Arsenal, it just gets worse.

NUFC.com are saying it's looking likely that a deal will be wrapped up over the next couple of days.

    This is dreadful.

Something has to be going on here - why would we feel the need to sell now for? Why could it not wait until the end of the season and give Cisse those games to try and get his mojo back? MA must be pushing towards a sale of the club or raking in the funds for major restructuring in the summer surely?

If the season is done and dusted and nothing to play for why don't we sack Pardew after that gutless ****ing display yesterday and bring in someone who get better out of the talented players and not persist with playing hasbeens like Taylor and the Ameobi brothers? We all know the answer why they won't.

Jobs for the boys all the way.

This I wouldn't care about. Cisse is non-existent anyway.

Are we at the stage where we can bench all the first teamers and just play the youth squad? Might as well.

What could we realistically get for the rest of the family silver?

    Krul £10m
    Debuchy £8m
    Gouff £5m
    Sissoko £8m
    Anita £7m
    HBA £8m
    Cisse £7m

    That £53m.

Add the £20m Cabaye money and the £60m extra Sky money and that's his loan paid off.

He can then get his money back and **** right off.

Apparently Randy L at Vile is trying to flog them for £250m so fatty can pick a price up to that level... make a tidy profit and go buy Rangers.

Times are getting even worse now I fear.

    Actually not a bad idea.
We'll pick up a few points and be safe and we can improve the value of the fringe players too.

If the season is 'over' (as many suggest) then this isn't a bad idea. Why have the young lads out on loan when we could see how they do in the first team? Now is the time to give them a go if we've supposedly nothing to lose this season.

I vote for JPF to be the new manager.

    The nufc.com article....

    Pap's your lot

Despite the closure of the transfer window for clubs in the United Kingdom, business can still be conducted in other leagues - including Russia.

And that now looks to be the most likely destination for Newcastle striker Papiss Cisse, with Rubin Kazan aiming to complete a permanent deal for the number 9 in the coming days.

The Senegalese forward has fallen from favour at SJP and his departure looked likely last month once the loan deal bringing Luuk De Jong to Tyneside was concluded.

However, interest from Turkey failed to materialise into bids matching the £8m+ asking price, the player was uninterested in moving to a Qatari club and various loan propositions as deadline day approached were rejected.

If Cisse does relocate to Rubin he'll join a club in the lower reaches of the Russian Premier League but still involved in the Europa League.

Whether his experience at a club located 450 miles east of Moscow will be any more positive than ex-Magpie Obafemi Martins remains to be seen - the Nigerian-born forward lasting just seven months of a three year deal before joining Birmingham City on loan in 2011.

so why do they get another month on the rest of Europe?
    Surely that's unfair?
    Do UEFA allow this ****?

That and the fact that no one decent in their right mind would want to to work for Ashley.

There were a lot of rumours that we were asking for a minimum £10million for Cisse so may be more than £7million.

Apparently some Russian radio station are reporting that the deal is done. Twitter rumours are suggesting that Rubin Kazan came up with the requested £10million.
