My post is not aimed at mocking injury ... merely at the age of many of your players ... I'd of thought that was obvious?

Is it bad to say I did laugh at Swords Hoopster's post? There you, go, that was the intention, right?

Anyway, personally I always thought Redknapp looked like an extra from Finding Nemo that someone stuck an Elton John-style hair transplant on.

[I quite like playing 'your manager so ugly...']

What are you on about? He's referring to your team's age. Clearly.

LOL you guys make me chuckle

Before this season I never really understood the "drama" queens park rangers, but now I see what they all mean <laugh>

Bloody hell you lot get your knickers in a twist about anything.

What's the matter, are you worried after today that Burnley may nick your second spot?

You need to stop waiting (praying) for us to slip up, and concentrate on your own team not dropping points!

To be fair Jack, the laughing and mocking of a player getting a season-ending injury is where personally I'd draw the line between banter and bitterness. The mocking of Manager's ugly heads etc is one thing but this is quite another in my honest opinion. I know if your top player was busted out for the rest of the season I'd be the first to offer you lads my condolences rather than revel in it in a kind of classless manner.

Its just an honest observation mate, not having a go.

    Swords <laugh> You're having a mare again.

NOBODY is laughing at any injury.

Fosse was poking fun at your sides age. Anyone with half a brain cell can see this.

Only when you pulled him up on it Andy.

I just felt the whole salivating over Austin's injury a bit tasteless. I'm just giving an honest opinion here. I'd say the same to my own if they behaved in a similar manner. Its not something I'd engage in.

There's barely contained glee at the lad's unfortunate injury running right through this thread:

.....he said with his fingers crossed

Swords - the problem with the written word is that it can be interpreted differently by different readers due to the absence of tone, inflection, or facial expression ... personally I did not interpret Wizard's post as one 'hoping' that Austin would be out for the rest of the season - rather just seeking clarification of the situation ... likewise I found it puzzling that one of my posts was interpreted as gloating at injury merely because I used the reported 8 week absence as the time slot opportunity for the purloining of zimmer frames for the comfort of a 'mature' squad ...
