I dont think 3-0 actually reflected how much we battered you today We were awesome. You look **** scared with no idea. We could have had 6.
This totally and thats the most dominant SAFC performance I have witnessed at Skunk Pk ever. Better than the 4-1 Rowell game; the play offs and Reidy days. More dominant than the last 3-0 too. If we had won that game 6-0 or 7-0 it wouldn't have flattered us at all. Quite a stunning performance from first minute to last.
Sadly I have to agree ....... when they pulled it back to 2-1 they had a spell where they could've equalised. Today, they never looked like they could score if we were still playing now.
Did anyone mention they aren't a one man team and still have Ben Harfa? Who had to be surgically removed from Bardsleys back pocket.
It was a 10/10 performance Smug. Not just the goals but the approach play and the complete control we had. I expected a really hard close game and it wasn't and at no point did they, as you quite rightly say, look like scoring or getting into the game. Pardew's interview on BBC he says they bossed the opening 15 to 20 minutes but then made a mistake to let us in? Not sure what the **** he was watching but we bossed that game from kick off to final whistle in a way Ive never seen a Sunderland team do in a derby game in my life.
Again? Cant believe how easy it all was tbh. Expected (and said I'd take a point earlier) a really tough game but it wasn't at all. Think you should be grateful for that big points tally as the team minus Cabaye and Remy going forward and without Colo at the back looks pretty short on ideas and confidence matey? A lot of heads went on the b&w side from my view of the game?
Three derbies on the bounce, a cup final, out of the relegation zone. This feeling of quiet confidence about our club is quite unusual after the Bruce, MON, & di Canio regimes. I like it....
TBF his exact words were " Pretty even at the start and he thought that they actually edged it until the mistake for the goal" Wonder if he meant the second it kicked off as thats the only time it was even? He did concede that there was only one team in it after the first goal though but then how could he say anything else?
Even Chris 'No I'm totally unbiased' Waddle said Sunderland controlled the game until they scored. Pardew is a ****ing mess isn't he ............ never won a ****ing thing as a player or manager
