Unfortunately I am no where near a stream or Cardiff (that's probably a blessing) , so just saw time of post and it indicated less than 10! Plus it being Hughton I couldn't believe it was earlier than the 89 minute, I stand corrected, sounds like we might be playing abit? Or is it increasing. Nerves from Cardiff more than our endeavour? Bah!
I don't say this often, as in most games it just isn't true, but we was robbed today - big time. No way did Cardiff 'deserve' to win, but they got more goals than us (in 71 seconds of total madness and incompetence), so did. As with the home game against this lot - we should have stuffed them out of sight, but just can't score - really frustrated tonight.
grea energy at the end, but we are so bloody wasteful with chances now. Set pieces used to be a strength of ours, now we cant do anything with them. frustrating.
So we play well then shoot ourselves in the foot. Our season in a nutshell. This is all on the players. Can't blame Hughton for their appalling mistakes. Simply not good enough. Hughton better give them a verbal beating because they bloody well deserve it!
Playing well don't win you games, still a poor result, SORRY we are going down, we are all aloud our opinions - this is mine, championship football next season, get used to it.
Being pragmatic, we didn't deserve a point from Newcastle, but did today, so it evens out. But how we didn't score I'll never know. 2 ruled out (correctly) for offside, twice against the woodwork, Bassong's sitter. So frustrating!
