Certainly a fan of this fella. And no doubt the best full- back in the league, BUT the level of arrogance he is rocking is dangerous. Got caught out once, and nearly twice today by trying to be too clever. Hope HR and co put him in check. Anyhoo, exciting game today. Both teams worth a point I reckon.
A medium-size blackmark today but overall I would sign him up for Premiership campaign. But hair remains silly.
He's an absolute liability, and is now being targeted by opposition sides. Made no attempt to close down the Bolton man who hit the post on Tuesday- just let him take a free shot.
As today showed he can be. What I cannot abide though is the apparent unwillingness to put his body on the line. As a prem full back he's ok. He's certainly not as good as he thinks he is and I doubt whether Spurs want him back under any circumstances. Frankly I'd be prepared only to keep him until we have a decent alternative. If in the final reckoning we do go up but Burnley don't I'd certainly take Trippier over him any day of the week. I hope he has his cards well and truly marked for him after today's horror show.
He had an absolute shocker today, doesn't make him a bad player though. Sometimes a bit too laid back for his own good!
I thought his problem today was at some point he stopped wanting to be there. He actually looked like he was uncomfortable and wanted to go home. He was ****e. And today we had all mostly attacking minded midfielders, so he didn't have his usual cover from the midfield, which I why I think we looked a bit more ropes at the back today.
Easily his worst game for us!! As mentioned above, the fact that we had such an attacking line up in front of him didn't help, but he was a liability today. Nearly gave it away for another goal at the death too!
Come on chaps, less of the melodrama. He had a bad game today but he's been very good for us all season.
@AssouEkotto 4h Some time they is a good day and some time they is a bad day ! Today was a bad day... Some time it happen
