For Palace, certainly! He's worth four times that easily. He wanted out though so good to get anything for him I suppose.
I think we got all he was worth. good player on his day and puts a decent shift in but hardly better than most players that have gone from club to club.

Most of those players were at the end of their contracts. At the same time, there a bunch of young players now ready for my first team play. So I think it would have happened anyway, though maybe you are right. The one player who might have signaled a difference to me was Billy Sharp, but we held on to him.
