Morning guys, I'm looking to bring my kids (5 & 8) to their first game on Saturday (we live in Swindon) and wondered where the best place to park would be nearish the ground, but not gonna cost me a small fortune. Might have to buy our tickets on the day at the ground to. Cheers
Parking - away fans £5 per car at the fruit market on Bessemer Road but lots of street parking there and Hadfield Road if you're early enough. There is also the Gol Centre by the athletics stadium opposite our ground. As you come down the dual carriageway from junction 33 of the M4 you will see our ground on your left and the athletics stadium immediately on your left as you come down the slip road. I think that's £5 or £6 per car and you used to get a free pint at the club on site There may be a "minor" transport issue tomorrow. The Welsh egg chasers are playing Italy at the Millennium Stadium in the city centre, 2.30 kick off. Its not a sell out but there will still be nearly 70,000 there so be prepared for traffic chaos getting in and out. As for getting tickets, I don't know if away fans can buy at the ground on the day. best check with Norwich. I don't think home tickets are sold out but I'm not sure what you can or cannot buy on the day as a visitor. If you end up sat with the natives, I'm sure you will find we're friendlier than amny would have you believe, just be sensible in your support of your team.
