Im planning to go on a holiday to America later this year. Ive planned to visit Boston, New York, Washington, Chicago, Portland, Seattle, Denver, Canyon, Los Angeles, San Diego and San Francisco. I had included Philadelphia, Oakland and Detroit in that list but almost everyone I know that have vastly travelled in America have told me not to venture to these three cities. Im in a dilemma as Ive always wanted to see the Rocky steps and run up those steps in Philadelphia as well as the car factories of Detroit Are these three cities really places to avoid?
You'd be better off heading to the deep south, there's still some safe havens with like minded people for racist nazi scum like you
It's just shops, hot dogs and fannies telling you it's the greatest city on Earth. Couldn't even get up the statue of Liberty because 9/11 had only just happened a couple of months prior.
Everyone's either unhelpful to the point of being downright aggressive or tries to tell you their entire life story. Hardly any middle ground at all. American food is abysmal too - stuff tastes sweet when it shouldn't and the portions would be enough to feed the population of Wales
Most people would see an innocent law-abiding citizen being killed by a lawless evil savage as a martyr in the war against sheer evil
I'm going to Memphis, Tennessee in may. But first I have to learn to spell Tennessee. Anyone who doesn't like New York is exposed as what the yanks call a "rube" (small-town inbred hick).
