Make or break win them and we can see us climbing the table nicely. Loose them and i think we are going to be history. I just hope he turns us into a winning team,at the moment we just do not seem to be a team that can win a football match. A decent goalkeeper, a very good midfielder and a new striker on the pitch lets hope for a couple of home wins pleaseeeeee.
Do not fear Red Robin, mathematically and the ensuing statistics, will see us cruise past Carlisle. The logic is thus- so far against the 4 teams we have played, we have replicated, nay almost mirrored the results- Bradford 1-1 and 2-2, MK Dons 2-2 and 2-2...Wolves 1-2 (home) and 1-3 (away), ~Brentord 1-2 (home) and 1-3 (away)... Do you see the pattern, whatever we do in the first encounter is repeated in the second encounter with interest.... THerefore as we beat Carlisle 4-2 away, we will beat them by 3 clear goals either 4-1 or 5-2 -with one of the scorelines being duplicated in the second encounter... quod erat demonstratum - sorted - My problem is thus- if this continuum is extended for the rest of the season --we are in the words of johngalleyfan2 - dooooooooommmmmmmmed As for the Coventry game -"I could not possibly comment"
Logic and Bristol City aren't even distant cousins so how on earth can you come up with that conclusion manx? I will agree that if we don't get at least 4 points from these 2 games then I think the sinking will be a definite result from the club's lack of foresight or ambition. Honestly I don't see a team that is capable of anything yet alone winning 2 games in a row so man the lifeboats all who dare to venture down to Ashton Gate.
Don't expect to get a place in any of the lifeboats! There won't be enough room for fans after the board get allocated to the first boat, followed by women and children (management and players & WAGS) in the remaining ones.
Its still pretty tight at the bottom, but personally, I think anything less than 4 points from these 2 home games and we could start to lose touch. We need points, not performances right now. We can still get out of this but games are starting to run out
